Enrollment: Users upload video clips and associated audio files and images into the system. The MAS then creates a series of evenly spaced stills from the video, which can be chosen as thumbnails for the clip, and generates a low-resolution preview of the video.

Indexing: Upon registration, an intelligent search engine indexes the clip using a detailed, customizable set of parameters, including clip type, category, sub-category, title, description, meta tags, script, and more.

Search: MAS's advanced and intelligent search engine makes it easy for users to find their desired clips.

Use: Users can preview and download media for use in their production process.

Daily Announcements: MAS sends daily emails to users, tailored to their preferences, featuring recently uploaded clips relevant to their interests.

LTO Management: MAS offers an intelligent LTO tape management system, where all data uploaded to the system is written onto tape. Each piece of written data is verified post-transfer and retrieval from the tapes is fully automated.

User Access Control: The system also offers clip data editing, system parameter management, and a comprehensive user privileges system to control access to all areas of MAS.
